Reservations & Dining Policies

To secure your reservation at Franny’s Bistro, a credit card is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations or modifications must be made by 5:00 PM the day before your reservation to avoid a $25 per person cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask that guests arrive on time for their reservation. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible.

We will hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that time, we may need to release the table to accommodate other guests.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to seat you as soon as possible; however, your originally reserved table may no longer be available.

Table Time Policy

To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy dining with us, tables are reserved for a limited time depending on party size.

• Parties of two: 90 minutes

• Parties of four: 120 minutes

We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to provide the best dining experience for all of our guests.

Children & Family Dining

We truly enjoy welcoming families to Franny’s Bistro. To help maintain the cozy and romantic atmosphere of our indoor dining room, we kindly ask that toddlers and children under the age of 8 dine in our outdoor tent area during the summer months.

Well-behaved children ages 8 and older are welcome to join us inside the dining room.

We kindly ask that parents supervise little ones and help keep noise levels comfortable so all guests can enjoy their dining experience.

Reservations for parties with children are recommended.

Before You Arrive

To help us provide the best possible dining experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive at the time of their reservation.

If we are able to seat you a little early, we are always happy to do so. However, please note that we do not have a bar or waiting area, and our small staff is not able to accommodate early arrivals while tables are still being prepared.

Arriving at your scheduled reservation time helps our evening run smoothly and allows us to provide the best service to all of our guests.

Voicemail

If you reach our voicemail, please be sure to leave a message. Our reservation line is a cell phone, and your message will leave us a recording that we check throughout the evening.
