Large Party & Private Event Policy

At Franny’s Bistro, we are happy to host celebrations, gatherings, and special events. To ensure the best experience for all guests, the following policies apply to large parties and private reservations.

 

Large Party Reservations (10+ Guests)

Final Guest Count
A final guest count is required 5 days prior to the reservation. Guests will be charged based on this confirmed number unless changes are made before the 5-day deadline.

Minimum Spending Requirement
Parties of 16–18 guests must meet a $70 per person food and beverage minimum, plus tax & gratuity (22%).

Children are considered guests, and the per-person minimum applies to all attendees.

Check Splitting
For large parties, checks may be split a maximum of four ways.

Gratuity
An automatic gratuity (22%) will be applied to tables of 16 or more guests.

 

 

Front Porch Private Seating

Our front porch is available for semi-private gatherings.

Guest Count
Front porch reservations accommodate 10–16 guests.

Food & Beverage Minimum
Front porch reservations require a $70 per guest food and beverage minimum, plus tax & gratuity (22%).

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the front porch.

 

Private Tent Reservations

Our private tent is ideal for larger celebrations and special events.

Guest Count

• 20–25 guests: $500 non-refundable deposit

• 25–30 guests: $1,000 non-refundable deposit (buy out 3500.00)

Food & Beverage Minimum
All private tent events require a $70 per guest food and beverage minimum, plus tax & gratuity (22%).

Children are considered guests, and the per-person minimum applies to all attendees.

Reservation Times

Private tent reservations are available at:

• 4:00 PM
• 4:30 PM
• 7:30 PM

For the most relaxed dining experience, we recommend the 7:30 PM seating for larger parties. However, we are happy to accommodate groups at 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM if preferred.

Dining Time

Private tent reservations are allotted 2 hours and 30 minutes to ensure a comfortable experience and allow us to prepare for the next reservation.

 

Deposits

Deposits are charged at the time of reservation.

Refundable deposits, when applicable, are issued in the form of a Franny’s Bistro gift card.

Deposits remain the same regardless of final guest count changes.

Private seating areas such as the front porch and private tent require non-refundable deposits to secure the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Private seating reservations require a non-refundable deposit.

If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Late Arrival Policy

We allow a 15-minute grace period for large party reservations.

If a party arrives more than 15 minutes after the reservation time, seating may need to be adjusted or the reservation may be cancelled depending on availability.

 

 

Full Restaurant Buyout

For guests interested in reserving the entire restaurant, we offer a private buyout option.

The cost for a full restaurant buyout is $13,500 plus tax (22 % )and gratuity.

This amount will be applied toward food and beverage purchases up to $13,500.

• If the total exceeds $13,500, the additional balance will be charged accordingly.

• If the total does not reach $13,500, the remaining balance will be applied toward the restaurant rental.

 

Additional Event Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests:

Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of specialty celebration cakes when approved in advance.

Decorations
Simple table decorations are welcome; however, confetti, glitter, and items attached to walls, ceilings, or fixtures are not permitted.

Guest Count Changes
Guest count adjustments must be made at least 5 days prior to the reservation.

Respect for Other Guests
We love celebrations, but we ask that all events remain respectful of other diners and the restaurant atmosphere.

Large Party FAQs

Can we add more guests after we book?
Guest counts can be adjusted up to 5 days before your reservation. After that time, your party will be charged based on the confirmed guest count.

What happens if fewer guests attend than expected?
If fewer guests attend than the confirmed count, the minimum spending requirement will still be based on the confirmed number of guests unless changes were made before the 5-day deadline.

Are deposits refundable?
Deposits for private seating areas such as the front porch and private tent are non-refundable.

Can we split the check?
Yes. For large parties, checks can be split up to four ways.

Is gratuity included for large parties?
Yes. An automatic gratuity is applied to parties of 16 or more guests.

What if our party arrives late?
